Baseline

Starting off, I wanted to share some base stats.  Making this public is mainly about accountability and trying to stay honest with myself.  So, cutting straight to the chase, here we go... Height: 5' 9.5" Weight:  215 lbs Body Fat (%):  25.3% Lean Body Mass: 160.60 lbs BMI: 30.85 - I don't care about BMI as this isn't a good indicator of health.  I focus on Body Fat %, but have included it just because. Neck: 16 inches Shoulders: 49 inches Chest: 43 inches Bicep Left:  13.15 inches Bicep Right:  13.25 inches Forearm Left:  11.85 inches Forearm Right:  11.15 inches Waist:  40 inches Hips:  42.5 inches Thigh Left:  25.5 inches Thigh Right:  25.5 inches Calf Left:  15.75 inches Calf Right:  15.5 inches Cardio:  00:13:12 / mile I am fairly out of shape at this point.  While running today I got winded around the .25 mile point...  Though I am not happy about all of these stats, ...

An Ample Welcome

Let me first state that I am not a health expert nor am I here to diagnose or treat, but to share my experiences and by doing so staying honest with myself.  It's partly about accountability on my part, but maybe there is something here that you can relate to. ample  /ˈamp(ə)l/ adjective enough or more than enough; plentiful. large and accommodating. (of a person's figure) full or broad. For this blog I liked the use of the word 'ample' because it covers what I want this blog to embody.  I want to make everyone feel like they are enough or more than enough.  I want this to be accommodating to all audiences.  And even if you are full figured or broad we are all beautiful and should start to treat ourselves like we are worthy. Here we go... WELCOME!
